Rollball offers 1-2 days process time on most online orders. Your order will shop within 48 hours from the time the order was received, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you place an order early, we will process your order earlier, and your items are probably shipped at the same day if you just have stock. But if we have no stocks, the ship will be short delayed, usually, your items will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
We accept Paypal payment. Our PayPal account ID is helen@rollball.com.cn. For other payments, T/T, WEST UNION payment is also available. You can choose the proper payment after you place an order.
Only five steps are needed to purchase in Rollball. Just register and log in, choose what you want, add to the cart, edit payment and shipping information, finish an order. Yes, the procedure is so simple! This way can eliminate the effect of Time Difference, and make your shopping so easy! Purchase offline is a payment method used by companies (usually, it is not available to individuals). We do not automatically offer this payment method on your account as we found that it was not suitable to all products sold through our service, and sometimesconfuse some purchasers. If you feel that this payment method is appropriate to your product and customers, you can contact us, and send an email to sales@Rollball.com.cn, attach your PO page, tell us your special requirements, then we will arrange corresponding sale to deal with your purchase order. When our accounting department receives the customer’s official company Purchase Order they will review it. If the Purchase Order is accepted then the order will be finalized (set to be completed) and the customer will be sent a Proforma Invoice with the PO number for payment.
Please note: aiming at PO Orders, Rollball will provide a bigger discount according to the quantities of items and total amount of the order, the more , the cheaper.
Rollball will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and chosed your shipping method. Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser’s carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee. Shipping costs depend on the dimension or the weight of items, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs. PS: For Spain, Italy, Brazil, Russia, Turkey and some other countries, items will take longer time to arrive due to customs clearance period.
Although we will ship out your item within 48 hours, your item may leave Hong Kong after 2-4 business days due to Post Office processing time. So please add transit time and handling time to have realistic delivery time. And delays caused by carriers we cannot be held responsible for. Shipping time is only estimated and not guaranteed. If your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem. Surely we will let you know that before we do that. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes ASAP, so that we can expedite the processing of your order.
