Significance of Limited Warranty. To deliver worry free operation and eliminate the cost associated with the warranty repairs, Rollball offers a Limited Warranty as a standard feature across all major product lines.
Rollball offers a 30-day money-back return policy. Within 30 days of receiving the items, customers may return an order and obtain a refund. If the original parts have not been unpacked or touched or if the parts have been determined to not work as described on our website, a full refund will be awarded. In all other cases (e.g., customer orders incorrect parts), you may return it for exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges). To initiate a return, contact us with email: sales@rollball.com.cn for a Return Material Authorization number and ship the product.

(2) 3 Years for Module Transcerivers
If defective products are caused by inferior raw materials or the lack of manufacturing process. We will provide replacement service and bear the return freight.
Please Note:
(1) This warranty right only lies in the initial purchaser of our products and is not transferable.
(2) Before returning item, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address and contact us first.
(3) The warranty period after replacement will be either the remaining warranty period of the original product or 90 days after replacement, depending on the longer period.
If any Rollball product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within limited warranty of original shipment, we will, at its sole option, repair/replace the product or refund the original purchase price. To access this Limited Warranty, contact Rollball for a Return Material Authorization number and ship the product to us.
This Limited Warranty is given in line with all other warranties, express and/or implied and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaims all other warranties, expressed and/or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. No employee of Rollball has the authority to verbally modify this Limited Warranty.
All else not withstanding, acceptance of products from Rollball, constitutes acceptance of this Limited Warranty.
